The ideal time to begin the Pearl certification process is when you're getting ready to schedule listing photos. Starting early ensures your certification and Listing Package are ready when your marketing goes live.

Before your listing appointment, download our [feature checklist] to review with the homeowner. It’s a helpful tool to walk through the home and identify which performance features—like insulation, HVAC, or solar—will need to be verified in the Pearl PRO app.

Once you’ve gathered the details, enter them into the Pearl PRO app and submit your order. Once the order is submitted, our team will review and deliver the certification within 48 business hours.
