Data Process & Best Practices

Your data automatically comes over to Pearl - here's how we do it and some best practices to follow to ensure your customers get their Pearl Report on time!

LG ProDealer ID Configuration

If you haven't done so already, provide us with your LG ProDealer ID by submitting our Intake Survey. Once we have your ProDealer ID, your installation data comes over to us via API each time you fill out your LG Registration:

Best Practices

  • Submit your Registration within 48 hours post install (this triggers the data to come to Pearl)
  • Be sure to include a valid customer email address (NOT a dealer or business email)- this is how we issue the reports.
