Why do I need to submit photos and how do I take them?

Pearl requires a photo of equipment's model number plates in order to verify the specific efficiency metrics of the equipment. These photos are great to show in Pearl’s Certification Report, and they provide support for our investment-grade documentation.

The Pearl App provides guidance for taking pictures and example pictures in the update process within each asset. But, it is generally the case that one should submit a close, legible picture of the equipment's model number plate.
