Pearl’s Solar Badge is a powerful signal to buyers, lenders, and appraisers that your home generates electricity that lowers energy bills and an important element to achieve energy independency and resiliency. When you earn a Solar Badge, you’ll also receive a Solar Equity Value Report, which demonstrates to appraisers how much value your solar investment has added to your home.
How to Earn It
Don't have solar? If you don't already have solar, work with a reputable solar contractor that not only evaluates your home for solar, but also identifies energy efficiency opportunities in your home.
Pearl recognizes solar contractors when they have a signed agreement with Pearl that enables their installation data to be automatically included in your Pearl Report.
