Pearl Certification helps make the performance and value of your home visible—whether you’re planning upgrades, maintaining your home, or preparing to sell. Part of this process includes assigning a Pearl score, which summarizes your home’s performance based on verified features like insulation, HVAC systems, smart thermostats, solar panels, and more.
What Does the Score Represent?
Pearl’s scoring system considers how your home performs across several important categories, including:

How Is the Score Used?
