Selecting a Home Investment Plan

A Home Investment Plan in Green Door serves as a roadmap, helping prioritize home improvements, maximize return on investment, enhance well-being, and grow energy efficiency. Homeowners can easily add and remove Plans to the “My Plans” section by following a few easy steps. 

1. Generate the Home Investment Plan dashboard. Instructions for generating a home investment plan can be found here. Once this is complete, a list of recommended Plans will display in the “Add a Plan” section. If a user prefers he/she can view all plans on one page, by clicking the “View all” button in the “Add a Plan” section.
2. Plans can be added to the “My Plans” section by clicking the “Add this plan” button either on the Plan card, or in the details section on the Plan page. Once a Plan is added to the “My Plans” section it will no longer display in the “Add a Plan” section.
3. Added Plans can be removed from the “My Plans” section by clicking the 3-dot action menu and then “Remove plan”.
