How do I get my home Pearl Certified?

There are two ways that you might get your home certified: through working with a Pearl Certified partner or through Pearl Certification's app, the Pearl App.

When you hire a Pearl Certified partner, a benefit of doing work with that partner is that Pearl, as a third-party, certifies the work they do on your home.  After the work on your home is complete, the Pearl Certified partner will submit the details to our certification team who will review the details submitted.  You will then soon after receive a Pearl Certification that shows all of the details of the work done by that partner.

However, as a homeowner, you can work towards getting your home certified by submitting your high-performing home's details on Green Door. The first step towards your journey of becoming a Pearl Certified home will begin by creating a Green Door account for your home. In the “My Home’s Assets” section on the app, go through and submit any assets that are energy efficient or solar.  After Pearl’s certification team verifies the information, points will be rewarded for the assets submitted. After you have submitted all relevant information, you can select “Request a certification” and someone from the Pearl team will reach out to you to finalize the request process.
