How do I use Pearl’s recommended improvements? What should I do first?

Through Pearl’s Green Door app, homeowners can generate recommended improvements to further improve the performance of their home. Under the “Home Investment Plan”, fill out the requested information to put together the recommendations. It will ask for what your primary heating fuel is, when your home was built, what kind of foundation your home has, your priorities for your home, and then your recommendations will be generated. 

From there, Pearl offers target and stretch goals. Target goals are those that you should put at a higher priority and stretch goals are for after the target goals have been completed. When it comes to prioritizing your target goals, choose goals that you feel would enhance your family’s well being and grow your energy efficiency the most.
