When you are looking to sell your home, here is how to get started with using your Pearl Certification.
- Find a Pearl partner listing agent. Pearl partners specialize in listing high-performing homes. You can find a listing agent in your area by visiting Green Door. Go to "My Pearl Partners" and search for an agent in the search bar.
If you are in immediate need of a Pearl Partner real estate agent because you are selling your home, contact Pearl at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you already have a listing agent, tell your agent to visit Pearl's webpage on how to properly market a Pearl-certified home or contact Pearl to become a partner.
- Log into Green Door and make sure you have access to your Pearl Certification Report and the entire real estate marketing package. Go to the "My Home" section and your all of your home's documents should be available. If you do not see your entire marketing package, contact Pearl at email@example.com
- Review your Pearl Certification to make sure it is accurate and reflects the current state of your home. If your report was issued years ago or if you made recent updates that were not included in your original report, you may update your home's report in Green Door.
NOTE: If you have a solar system and your report was issued prior to July, 2021, contact Pearl at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pearl has a new section in the report that can help an appraiser during the valuation process.
