What happens after we submit a request?

Within 10 business days of data submission, the request goes through verification, and once approved the Home Performance Report is issued to the homeowner. The homeowner receives the delivery email with the link to access their secure documents in the Pearl APP for homeowners. 

If desired, an email address can be cc’d on the report issuance emails (please provide the email you want to be cc’d).

You also have access to Pearl's software, which allows you to search for your customers and find reports and documents.

What if we need to update to an existing request? 

You can update and add additional assets to any associated home record and reports will be updated and re-issued, once re-requested.


Where can I download the Home Performance Report package?

You can access all documents in Pearl's software and/or be cc’d on all emails (once the report has been issued).


What’s the difference? Heating System vs Cooling system vs Heat Pump system

      • Heating System = furnace 
      • Cooling System = stand-alone AC units 
      • Heat Pumps = Mini-splits and Air Source Heat Pumps for heating & cooling
