Minimum data points required for an HVAC Home Performance Report to be issued:

*Example A: Contractor installs two high-efficiency Air Source Heat Pumps - the smaller unit handles 35% of the heating and cooling of the house while the larger unit handles 65% of the house's heating and cooling
*Example B: Contractor installs high-efficiency gas furnace and two split system A/C units - the gas furnace handles 100% of the heating while the A/C units each handle 50% of the cooling
Pearl’s data team will pull in all efficiency ratings and data IF PROVIDED with the full manufacturer and model numbers.
